Each stage of manufacturing is monitored by our own boots on the ground quality control team of engineers who conduct rigorous inspections and testing to verify compliance with all technical requirements and industry regulations and produce comprehensive audit reports for client review and approval.
Packaging is tailored to client preferences and safeguard each product during transit with materials and techniques that minimize risk of damage, preserve product integrity, and maintain comprehensive documentation for traceability.

On-Site Inspections
The OSANTS commitment to conforming product assurance reflects the highest standards of quality and consistency. Our Boots on the Ground engineers conduct on-site factory audits and inspect productions with rigorous quality control protocols that span an entire product lifecycle, from supplier selection to pre-production, during production, and a final pre-shipping inspection.
We maintain clear specifications for every product using detailed audit reports and traceability measures, so every component is tracked and verified at each stage of production and transit. Comprehensive testing regimes are built into the process, employing OSANTS’ own engineers and accredited third-party laboratories (as needed) to validate conformance with industry benchmarks and client-specific requirements.
We utilize PolyWorks | Inspector™ a universal 3D dimensional analysis and quality control software solution to control tool or part dimensions, diagnose and prevent manufacturing and assembly issues, guide assembly building through real-time measurements, and oversee the quality of assembled products by using portable metrology devices and CNC CMMs.
Whether the focus is on material composition, mechanical integrity, or functional performance, our checks are exhaustive and transparent and utilize the most advanced testing technology in the industry, and in the event of discrepancy, our escalation protocols and corrective action programs are mobilized immediately, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
